MCB logged 3500 miles on their '02 XC800-X with the following setup: SLP single pipe, V-Force Reeds, SLP Air-Horn kit, SLP Flow-Rites (2), Holtzman Tempa-Flow II, 580 Main Jets, .020" Needle Shim, MCB Clutch Kit which includes coated helix and a secondary spring, and stock gearing. Of all the single pipes we tested, they all made 146-147 HP. The Hot Seat pipe had a very narrow power band, the SLP had a good power band, and the Dynoport had the widest power band & was the easiest to clutch. We chose the SLP pipe for its ceramic coating. The Team (Rapid Reaction) Clutch performed flawlessly for us in the '02-'03 season. We recommend this highly for any non-Team equipped sleds for the upcoming season. |

Studding Notes: MCB recommends the 'Power Point' with the 'Power Plate' for all applications over 90HP. These studs have better penetration than the 'SPT' or 'Excel' stud.
