HeelClicker Clutch Kit....+5 Track HP! This is a direct bolt-on kit, no machining required. MCB has developed a clutch kit for the new Viper utilizing the new direct bolt-on HeelClicker system and a progressive angle helix. This kit applies 70+ track HP on a track dyno. The Viper makes such great torque in the bottom and midrange that we found it necessary to use a very unconventional Yamaha pregressive helix angle. This kit utilizes a very low engagement, same stock top RPM, which therefore increases the overall usable powerband. The low engagement comes without any bog or hesitation thanks to the Heelclicker design & the power valves. Belt squeeze is improved which help the clutches and belt cool, and thus longer lasting. This is a trail kit that provides much improved upshift and still provides excellent backshift. Our Heelclicker kits come with our own weight instructions and Helix recommendations, developed thru customer feedback and our own testing. |

Studding Notes: MCB recommends the 'Power Point' with the 'Power Plate' for all applications over 90HP. These studs have better penetration than the 'SPT' or 'Excel' stud. MCB recommends the 'Power Plate' backer for any application over 1.08" in length regardless of HP.
