MCB Performance strives to provide you, our customer, with only the best products that we believe function optimally for your specific application.  MCB Performance has been a leading Snowmobile Performance Parts and Tuning Service in the lower part of Michigan for 5 years;  and we now strive to expand our excellent reputation even further as a Performance Parts and Service leader.  We do not sell products which we feel are substandard, nor do we offer products that we believe cause a detriment to your snowmobile.  Plainly put, if we've tested it and it doesn't work or live up to expectations, we won't sell it!  On certain models, you can ride assured that MCB Performance has thoroughly tested and evaluated the products.

Our Commitment to Service:

MCB Performance will courteously and efficiently process your questions and orders.  If there is a delay in shipment from your originally quoted timing, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel.  As some items are not generally readily stocked, slight delays are possible from time to time.  However, the goal of MCB Performance is to provide our customers with 100% on-time delivery, including a 100% customer satisfaction rating.  Take the time and email us with what you think about your recent MCB Performance service, or email us and let us know how you think we can improve our service to you.  We care about what you think!

Our Commitment to Pricing:

MCB Performance strives to provide very fair prices on all products that we sell and service.  If you have located a product elsewhere for a cheaper price, provide evidence to MCB, and we will make every attempt to meet or beat that price.

As in any market, prices are subject to change without notice.  Every attempt will be made to have the most recent and accurate pricing on this webpage.  Therefore, please confirm the pricing before your purchase to avoid unnecessary hassles later.  In addition, MCB Performance is not obligated to sell any parts or components advertised on this webpage if the associated price has a typographical error.  Nobody's perfect, and we're sure that this site has a few minor errors.

Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction:

MCB Performance is only in business because of you, and we want to keep you coming back.  If you are dissatisfied with any of the products or service, let us know!  However, we cannot, of course, be held responsible for any misuse of the products that we sell, or for any misuse of the snowmobiles that these products are installed onto.  MCB Performance customers are treated fairly and with respect.  Give us a try, and you won't be disappointed.  All products and parts come with a money back guarantee if  found to be defective, and if the manufacturer of the product will reimburse MCB.  In addition, if by mistake we ship you an incorrect part, we will gladly exchange the incorrect product for what you ordered at no cost to you.  However, as many products and orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of placement, customer order cancellations after they have been processed are subject to a minimum $20.00 restocking and cancellation fee.  MCB Performance reserves the right to charge greater than the $20.00 restocking fee up to 20% of the cancelled order's total, depending upon the products ordered, time involved, etc.  We're extremely busy at times, and restocking and reinventorying can be a major hassle - we hope you understand this rationale.  We're always glad to help, and we want your business.

Warranties and Performance Parts:

Although most snowmobile aftermarket performance parts undergo extensive testing by their manufacturer in order to provide a robust and safe design, the consumer must understand that the addition of aftermarket parts or modification of factory parts will most likely VOID any OEM or dealer warranty (implied or written).  The OEMs have designed and built their products to satisfy a number of requirements (performance, sound, durability, corrosion, etc.), and modifications to, or the addition of, parts that increase or alter the snowmobiles' power output, handling characteristics, traction, clutching, sound, etc. will void your manufacturers' warranty.  It is the consumer's responsibility to understand this fact, and realize that all liability and losses associated with such modifications or performance parts lies entirely with the consumer.

MCB Performance will not be held responsible (financially or legally) from their customers for any mechanical and/or electrical failures that are directly or indirectly a result of the additions of performance parts or modifications to factory parts.  MCB Performance does not provide any warranty or guarantee (written or verbal) against failures, damages, or losses, nor does MCB Performance accept any liability or responsibility to any injury or death sustained while installing or using a product purchased or serviced from MCB Performance.  You operate and modify your snowmobile(s) at your own risk.
