MCB Moly-Coated OEM-Style Pistons: $Call
All MCB pistons are MOS2 coated.  MOS2 is a molybdenum / Teflon blend coating.  This coating has proven to be the best for durability and lubricity.  It is applied in a rolled process which provides 10-times the bond strength over most other spray-on coatings.  The piston material is high silicone content to give the necessary hardness aluminum pistons need.  The piston tops are hard anodize coated for heat resistance and to minimize piston expansion and contraction; this combined with the coating virtually eliminates the possibility of cold seizure. 

All pistons are EXACT OEM dimensions and mass, including ring grooves (we actually use OEM rings).  These pistons offer equal or BETTER than OEM performance at significantly less cost.  Freshen up your top-end today to ensure a trouble-free season. 

All kits include everything necessary to rebuild your sled.  Pistons, rings, wrist pins, circlips, and a complete gasket kit.

Fox PPS Shock Conversion Kit:  $200.00

• Convert your older Xtra 10" skid frame to have the ride of the new sleds with the Fox PPS Shock.  This kit is a must for the "rock-hard" '98 XC700/600's.
• Kit includes one "rear of rear" Fox PPS shock and a Control Rod Shim Kit.
• This package has been tested on MCB's own XC700.  It provides for a plusher ride with considerably better rebound.  It comes highly recommended.
