MCB Moly-Coated OEM-Style Piston Kit
All MCB pistons are MOS2 coated; proven to be the best for durability and lubricity.  The piston material is high silicone content to give the necessary hardness that aluminum pistons need.  The piston-tops are hard anodized for heat resistance and to minimize piston expansion/contraction; this combined with the coating virtually eliminates the possibility of cold seizure.  All pistons are EXACT OEM dimensions and mass, including ring grooves (we actually use OEM rings).  These pistons offer equal or BETTER than OEM performance at significantly less cost.  All kits include everything necessary to rebuild your sled.  Pistons, rings, wrist pins, circlips, and a complete gasket kit.

The advantage of the Heelclicker is that it uses the steeper angles of the TRA clutch sheaves, yet provides more efficient belt-squeeze at the middle-to-upper end, simliar to a Polaris, Arctic Cat, or Comet-style clutch.  The Heelclicker also gives you full adjustability of weight placement, spring rates, engagement, top-shift, and more, therefore making it practical for grass drags, trail riding, lake racing, and mountain riding.  We have an excellent setup for fast-trail and racing at sea level, moderate snow conditions.

Studding Notes:  MCB recommends the 'Power Point' with the 'Power Plate' for all applications over 90HP. These studs have better penetration than the 'SPT' or 'Excel' stud.  MCB recommends the 'Power Plate' backer for any application over 1.08" in length regardless of HP. The 'Power Plate' gives the stud much better support than the standard aluminum backer, less deflection results in less stress & potential tearing of your track.
